Last Call for AL 721 Questionnaires

If you received an AL 721 survey questionnaire -- mailed with issue # 34 -- we must get it now for inclusion in our
survey. We have extended the deadline to July 31. Any information received after that will still be useful, of course, but it will be too late to get into our published study.

We sent the questionnaire to 898 people on our subscriber list when issue # 34 was mailed. We decided not to include others in this particular study, to avoid complicating the results. Everyone will obtain the text of the questions in a
later issue, when we publish the study results.
