Continuing AL 721 Study

The AL 721 survey reported here is a one-time study; we are not sending out more questionnaires. However, Project
Inform in San Francisco is conducting an ongoing AL 721 study. They want to hear from people using AL 721 or similar
treatments, especially from people who can report over time and keep in touch for followup later.
