Major Draft Report from Presidential Commission

Just before going to press we received the recommendations of Retired Admiral James D. Watkins, Chairman of the
Presidential Commission on the HIV Epidemic, to be considered by the full Commission before it issues its final report. This important document includes hundreds of specific recommendations for better management of the AIDS epidemic.
